Solar Powered Data Logger

To create a cheap, small, solar powered data logger. Remote logging using solar power is not new, however rather than installing a foot square solar panel, charging a sizeable lead acid battery to drive extensive electronics we would like to see the development of a small device using a modern low power microcontroller and a small bill of materials.
