Multi-touch Sensor using Total Internal Reflection and the WiiMote

Create a panel that in combination with a WiiMote can be used as a multi-touch input for interacting with software. The Cubit shines infra-red light into the edge of an acrylic panel, total internal reflection contains the light until an interfering finger is placed on the surface allowing light to leak out of the surface at that point. The location of the leak is detected. The Cubit is a touchable display, we only expect a touchable input, no rear mounted projector required.
